Fink Invites Constituents to Fall Events
HARRISBURG — Rep. Wendy Fink (R-Red Lion) invites constituents from the 94th Legislative District to attend her upcoming legislative events. Fink is planning a variety of events ranging from legislative updates to breakfasts this fall. Events are free and open to any resident of the district unless otherwise specified.
• Coffee and Conversation—Join the representative for a discussion about state-related issues over coffee. Occurs the first Friday of each month from 9-10 a.m. at her district office.
• U.S. Constitution Classes—Learn more about the federal constitution. Occurs on Fridays as of Sept. 13, from 6-8 p.m. at Fink’s district office. Classes will run for a total of seven weeks. RSVPs are requested.
• Human Trafficking Seminar: Understanding Traffickers and Online Platforms—This seminar will focus on trafficking and the online tools traffickers use to exploit victims. There will also be information for parents, grandparents and guardians about protecting children. Occurs on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 12:30-3:30 p.m. at the Springettsbury Township Building in York. RSVPs are required by Monday, Sept. 30.
• Pro-Life Legislative Update—Join the representative and pro-life advocates for an important update and discussion about this issue. Occurs on Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 6-7:30 p.m. at her district office. RSVPs are requested.
• Legislative Meet-and-Greet Breakfast for Residents of Springettsbury Township—Meet with Reps. Wendy Fink and Joe D’Orsie (R-Manchester) over a free breakfast to discuss state and community issues. This event is for residents of Springettsbury Township only. Breakfast will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 8-10 a.m. at York Area United Fire and Rescue. RSVPs are required by Wednesday, Oct. 9.
• Senior Breakfast—Older adults in the 94th District are invited to a free breakfast to discuss state and community issues. Breakfast will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 8-10 a.m., at the Great American Saloon. RSVPs are required by Tuesday, Oct. 15.
• Legislative Update on 2A Rights—Come out for a discussion about current and anticipated Second Amendment legislation. Occurs Tuesday, Oct. 29, from 6-7:30 p.m. at her district office. RSVPs are requested.
• Veterans Breakfast—Veterans, active-duty military personnel and their families residing in the 94th District are invited to a free breakfast honoring their service and sacrifice. During breakfast, Fink will provide an update on state-level veterans issues. The event will be held on Friday, Nov. 8, from 8-10 a.m., at the Red Lion Community Center. RSVPs are required by Monday, Oct. 28.
